Ruth has been with Moseley Associates since 2006.  She works directly with our property managers on behalf of condominium associations, commercial rental buildings and rental investment properties. Ruth’s primary responsibilities include the preparation of monthly financial reports and the reconciliation of monthly bank statements and loans.
