Moseley Associates, Ltd.

…was founded in 1985 in response to regional market demand for professional real estate management. Unlike real estate agencies and property owners for whom property management is a secondary function, professional real estate management ensures a consistently high degree of service in both maintenance and fiscal operations. The result is a higher resale value for the property owner.

The Moseley Associates staff represents a distinguished level of expertise in real estate management. Our established relationships with subcontractors and suppliers assure competitive pricing and prompt service, and our strong company portfolio allows savings from bulk purchasing to be passed along to our clients.

Our firm is registered in Vermont and New Hampshire to manage subsidized and conventional rental housing, condominium residential and commercial units, office buildings, retail and commercial space, and industrial sites, including manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

Meet Our Team

Jack S. (Pete) Moseley
Owner/President of Moseley Associates

 Before forming the company in 1984, Pete founded and was co-owner of Foxfire Management Company located in Concord, New Hampshire.  As Vice President at Foxfire, Pete managed more than 700 units of subsidized housing. His employment credits also include supervision of property management for the Berkshire Management Company, Inc. in Bedford, New Hampshire, and tenure as the Executive Director of the Lebanon Housing Authority in Lebanon, New Hampshire.Although mainly retired now, Pete continues to keep a close eye on the day-to-day happenings at Moseley Associates and lends his limitless expertise on a regular basis to our current group of Association Managers. Kathryn W. (Kathy) Moseley
Owner/Office Manager

 Kathy has been with Moseley Associates for the past 38 years.  Prior to “taking over the reins” from her husband, Pete, Kathy managed multiple Tax Credit and Section 8 Properties as well as various Condominium Associations around the Upper Valley.  Kathy works closely with our current management staff; her responsibilities include overseeing the office, developing, and implementing budgets, and improving operational efficiency both in the office as well as for our clients.  Kathy can be reached at our office at 802-296-2600 or at Kathy@moseleyassociates.net.

Cheryl E. Brush
Broker

 Cheryl has been a Broker for over 35 years in Vermont and New Hampshire. Her background is in both residential and commercial real estate sales. Cheryl has been a member of the National Council of Exchangers and the New England Commercial Property Exchange as well as Crexi – a national property exchange. Megan Moseley
Principal Broker and Property Manager

Megan is very active both in Real Estate Management as well as Real Estate Sales, and growing up in the Upper Valley, is very familiar with many people and communities in the local area. She currently manages and maintains a large portfolio of investor-owned rental properties in both Vermont and New Hampshire.  Megan is also our Principal Real Estate Broker and holds both a New Hampshire and Vermont Brokers license. Kim Chewning
Property Manager

Kim’s vast experience in the Property Management business has been a real asset to the Moseley team. Kim started her career more than twenty years ago moving through the ranks in a variety of property management companies. Maisie Gaudet
Administrative Assistant

Maisie is our ray of sunshine at the front desk! As the administrative assistant at Moseley Associates, she is typically the first point of contact when you telephone or visit our office.  She’s the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth, making everyone feel instantly welcome as soon as they step through our doors. With her impressive multitasking skills, she can juggle phone calls, appointments, and all the little surprises that come her way, without breaking a sweat. When she’s not the first point of contact for our guests, she’s probably planning her next adventure or spending time with her loved ones. Need a pick-me-up? Ruth Roylance
Bookkeeper

 Ruth has been with Moseley Associates since 2006.  She works directly with our property managers on behalf of condominium associations, commercial rental buildings and rental investment properties. Ruth’s primary responsibilities include the preparation of monthly financial reports and the reconciliation of monthly bank statements and loans. She also organizes and calculates fuel budgeting and reconciliation plans, handles tax return preparations, and assists Associations with preparing their annual budgets.  Ruth can be reached at our office at 802-296-2600 or at Ruth@moseleyassociates.net.

Mike Moseley
Maintenance Supervisor

Mike has been with Moseley Associates since 1999. He works closely with both the property management team as well as our maintenance staff. He oversees and coordinates all installations, maintenance, and repair work at all properties that we manage and is responsible for managing our team of workers who execute tasks according to their requirements. Jessica Neily
Senior Association Manager

 Jessica is a strategic thinker who enjoys putting concepts into motion using a realist’s point of view. Jessica’s areas of professional interest are not limited to real estate and property management.  A licensed New Hampshire Salesperson, she also contributes knowledge from 20 years’ experience in the property & casualty insurance industry, specializing in high-net-worth insurance needs for clients all over New England.  By reason of this, she has developed a beneficial industry acumen which benefits both our clients and vendors.  In her personal life, she enjoys everything outdoors, most animals, gardening, good books, and the changing of the seasons we get to experience here in New England.   Along with her spouse, they make sure that their two boys stay focused and busy with camping, dirt bikes, football, baseball, and skiing.  Jessica can be reached at our office at 802-296-2600 or at Jessica@moseleyassociates.net.

Amy LaCroix
Association Manager

As a valued and confident team member in our property management division, Amy is known for her proven balance of result-driven motivation and the communication skills needed to achieve positive results.  Often complimented as patient, and an appreciative listener, she is a familiar voice to many of our clients. At any one time you may see Amy on location meeting with her Association residents, vendors, or the Board of Directors.  Many of her properties are moving forward with wonderful transformations, which would not be possible with anything other than a manager who is truly “in the field” and takes pride in the work that she does.Amy is a NH native and loves the great outdoors. Christina Teffner
Association Manager

Christina Teffner is our newest member in the property management division of Moseley Associates.  Christina compliments our team by adding her proficiency in project management and client success which was developed and fine-tuned during her 25-year tenure as office administrator at a local business.  Her experience is also in accounting and financial reporting, purchasing, and resource management.  Using these combined professional skills and applying them in today’s world of constant change has resulted in irrefutable positive results for our clientele managed by Christina.Christina is an established resident of the Upper Valley.  She takes pride in maintaining her own property and exercises the same amount of care and pride for her clients.
