At Moseley Associates, we want to provide only the best services to our owners and investors; therefore, we encourage that you report any problems or maintenance/ground work directly to our staff. In order to accomplish this efficiently, we have developed an online service for you to report your work requests. Your request will be attended to by a Moseley Associates’ professional maintenance staff member at the office who will delegate the work to a staff member in the field – This way, Moseley Associates will know exactly what work needs to be done.

Such services also include future maintenance requests, such as: A/C installation and removal, grounds clean-up work for arrival (for second and vacation homeowners), entry requests for other workers when you are gone (pest control, furniture movers, painters, etc.), and so on.

Please take the time to fill out the following form as accurately and completely as possible. The more information you have regarding the work, the more efficiently Moseley Associates can accomplish the work successfully.   • Who do I make my monthly/quarterly checks payable to?
    - Please make all checks for condominium dues payable to your Property Name and please include your unit number on the Memo line.
    - Please make all checks for rent payable to the Apartment Name and please include your apartment number on the Memo line.
  • How do I pay my work request invoice?
    - Please make all work order checks payable to “Moseley Associates” and please indicate the work “Invoice Number” on the Memo line.
    - When calling in regards to your invoice, please have your “Invoice Number” available for reference.
    - If invoices are not paid immediately, a follow-up invoice may be sent to you. Your payment and the follow-up invoice may cross in the mail. If this occurs, please call the Moseley Associates office to confirm your actual payment total.
  • What is the best way to request work at my unit?
    - The new online services provided by moseleyassociates.net under the Headline, “Current Owner Information” and then “Work Requests,” is the most efficient way to request work at your unit. Through this service, Moseley Associates has accurate information regarding the work needed.
    - If internet service is not available to you, please call our office at (802) 296-2600 and request a maintenance order.
  • What do I do in the event of an emergency in my unit?
    - If you have an emergency maintenance issue at your unit, please call (802) 296-2600. Our 24-hour live emergency telephone service is always available. Please specify the issue as completely as possible. An on-call maintenance staff member will respond immediately.
    - Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM for you to talk to any of our office staff.
