…was founded in 1985 in response to regional market demand for professional real estate management. Unlike real estate agencies and property owners for whom property management is a secondary function, professional real estate management ensures a consistently high degree of service in both maintenance and fiscal operations. The result is a higher resale value for the property owner.

The Moseley Associates staff represents a distinguished level of expertise in real estate management. Our established relationships with subcontractors and suppliers assure competitive pricing and prompt service, and our strong company portfolio allows savings from bulk purchasing to be passed along to our clients.

Our firm is registered in Vermont and New Hampshire to manage subsidized and conventional rental housing, condominium residential and commercial units, office buildings, retail and commercial space, and industrial sites, including manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

At Moseley Associates, we manage each property as if it was our own.

Jack S. (Pete) Moseley

President of Moseley Associates, is a graduate of the College of Emporia in Emporia, Kansas. Before forming the company in 1984, he founded and was
Co-owner of Foxfire Management Company, a property management firm located in Concord, New Hampshire. As Vice President of Foxfire, Pete managed more than 700 units of subsidized housing. His employment credits include supervision of property management for the Berkshire Management Company, Inc. in Bedford, New Hampshire, and tenure as Executive Director of the Lebanon Housing Authority in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

During his 47 years in the property management industry, he has attained the Certified Public Housing (CPH) and Certified Manager of Community Associates (CMCA) designations.

Kathryn W. (Kathy) Moseley

is a graduate of Keene State College and is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper of Moseley Associates. Kathy holds a New Hampshire real estate license, currently works as Financial Analyst with Moseley Associates and works very closely with employees in property management. Kathy has been with Moseley Associates for more than 28 years.

Raymond F. (Ray) Stanford

Executive Vice President of Moseley Associates, is a native Vermonter. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts and a Master of Science degree at the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois. Ray holds a New Hampshire real estate license. He current is focusing his attention on condominium management, commercial investor owner property management and real estate. Before joining Moseley Associates in 2003, he had extensive experience as an owner and manager of a large property management firm in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Ray specializes in the management of condominium, townhouse and single family residential associations. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President/Community Manager of the 1,700 unit, Penn Estates Property Owners Association in Analomink, Pennsylvania.

During his 30+ years in the property and association management industry, Ray has attained both the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations. Ray is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has held various offices at both the chapter and national level of CAI. He has received numerous professional and community recognitions over the years.

Megan E. Moseley

Is an accomplished Property Manager. Megan attended Colby Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire. Growing up in the Upper Valley, Megan is familiar with many communities in the local area. She is currently managing a portfolio of second homes in the beautiful Quechee Lakes area of Vermont. She also expertly manages and maintains all of our investor-owned rental properties in Vermont and New Hampshire as well as condominium associations in Hanover and Quechee. Megan holds a New Hampshire Real Estate License.

Jacquelyn (Jackie) Bennett

received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania and a Master of Science degree from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Property Management, including financial, administrative, maintenance, and public relations. Jackie is a licensed sales agent in New Hampshire and is currently working as a Property Manager at Moseley Associates.

Cheryl E. Brush

works for Moseley Associates as a broker in Vermont and New Hampshire. Cheryl has handled sales and commercial property management in the Upper Valley for over 20 years. Cheryl is a graduate of the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. Her background has been in construction and property management as well as commercial real estate. Presently, Cheryl is on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Commercial Investment Division and is currently a member of the National Council of Exchangers of Escondido, California and the Northeastern Real Estate Exchangers in Northampton, Massachusetts. Moseley Associates, Ltd. is a member in good standing of the Granite State Manager’s Association, Apartment Owners and Management Association of America, the Community Associations Institute, and the Council for Rural Housing and Development.  Email Cheryl at cbrush@sover.net
